The SCBA holds its monthly luncheon on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at noon at Salerno's Catering Hall, 1043 Liberty Road, Eldersburg MD 21784. The luncheon is $12 for members and $18 for guests. This month's speakers are Carroll County Sheriff Jim Dewees and Sykesville Chief of Police Michael Spaulding who will discuss work place safety.
