This month, our speakers are  Sheriff DeWees and Chief Spaulding. Sheriff DeWees is Former Commander, Special Operations Division, and Department of State Police.  He attended our very own South Carroll High School, Mount Saint Mary's University, Seton Hall University and beyond.  He has served our community since 1991. 

Chief Michael Spaulding of the Sykesville Policy Department has a long career in law enforcement. He attended the University of Maryland where he received a BA in Criminology and The Johns Hopkins University where he received a MS in Management.  Chief Spaulding has served the state of Maryland and our community since 1987.

The SCBA holds its monthly luncheon on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 12 noon at Salerno's Catering Hall, 1043 Liberty Road, Eldersburg MD 21784. The luncheon is $12 for members and $18 for guests.
