Our speaker this month is Chris Gotsch with Everyday Handyman and he will be discussing Maryland Home Improvement Laws.  

Chris Gotsch has over 15 years of licensed experience in the home improvement and construction industries. He is a Maryland Licensed Home Inspector and previously owned a home improvement company. He is experienced with kitchens, bathrooms, additions, decks, basements and whole house remodels and insurance repairs.. Chris is a current member of interNACHI, the trade organization for home inspectors. With an additional 86 hours of continuing education through interNACHI he has received an accreditation for Certified Professional Inspector (CPI). Chris is extremely thorough and takes the extra time to answer any questions.

The SCBA holds its monthly luncheon on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 12 noon at Salerno's Catering Hall, 1043 Liberty Road, Eldersburg MD 21784. The luncheon is $12 for members and $18 for guests.
